Another client meal in full effect yesterday, here we have a PESTO PASTA with GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP & roasted veggies. I always feed my athletes pasta for a pre-game meal cuz carbs are a wonderful way to provide sustained energy, lets 🍝 Where are my pasta lovers at?πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

1️⃣ Get the green beans & carrots πŸ₯•on a baking sheet, toss with @brandlesslife olive oil + s&p then bake at 400 for about 30 min.
2️⃣ Cook the @eatbanza spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Reserve about 1/4 of the starchy cooking water for later (important step). Drain once cooked.
3️⃣ Meanwhile, rinse, drain & pat the shrimp dry. Season then with salt + pepper + paprika. In a cast iron add equal parts ghee + olive oil + a square of @traderjoes frozen garlic. Then cook the shrimp on med heat for about 2-3 min each side.
4️⃣ Add the cooked pasta + pesto sauce + the reserved starchy cooking water + pinch of dried oregano | dried basil | dried parsley | onion powder to the to a big pot to incorporate well.
5️⃣ Serve the pesto pasta with the garlic butter shrimp on top (add a little extra paprika for spice) with the roasted veggies on the side. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese + parsley flakes.
