ALMOND BUTTER PANCAKES layered with CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (vegan & gluten free) 🥞 🍫 i’ve been obsessed with this @freshcravingssalsa chocolate cashew mousse dip because the consistency is CREAMY THIQ. It is made from cashews + almonds + hemp seeds + chia seeds + cocoa powder. I’ve honestly been eating it by the spoonful but its especially delicious when layered on pancakes. Next time you’re in @publix snag yourself a tub in the produce section!
• 1c @nwbulkmarket paleo pancake mix (so fluffy)
• 1 flax egg (1T flaxseeds + 2T water set aside to thicken)
• 1 1/4c any plant based milk
• 2T @barneybutter powdered almond butter
• 1 scoop @antientnutrition bone broth collagen (optional)
1️⃣ Cook the pancakes on a non-stick skillet with coconut oil on med heat. Flip.
2️⃣ Stack the pancakes with a layer of @freshcravingssalsa chocolate mousse cashew dip & top with strawberries for a beautiful Sunday morning breakfast!
