1๏ธโƒฃ I purchased a tongue scraper after listening to @emilyfeikls podcast. Every morning & evening I scrape my tongue of the gunk that built up on it. It removes bacteria & sense of taste!
2๏ธโƒฃ I meditate for 5 mins in bed right when I wake up. As soon as my alarm goes off, I put in my headphones & begin to breath.
