3 ingredient sugar free, dairy free COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM (swipe for the video). What would you eat this with?
1 can of full fat canned coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1️⃣ Refrigerate the canned coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
2️⃣ The next day, carefully open the can & scoop the solidified coconut milk into a bowl. I recommend saving the coconut water for a smoothie!
3️⃣ Use a hand mixer to whip the canned coconut milk until smooth (about 45 seconds).
4️⃣ Add in the vanilla and cinnamon (sweetener is optional). Whip for another 15 seconds.
✨ Store in the fridge for up to 3 days! This is delicious on berries, over chia pudding, on top of pie or ice cream!
