15-MINUTE PANTRY PASTA with sun-dried tomato, olives & spinach. I have been living off instacart from @publix since it’s the only grocery story that delivers to us here in Florida. In my order every time are @freshcravingssalsa plant based dips (all vegan, dairy free, soy free & preservative free) with a variety of flavors, like a queso cashew dip and smoky almond dip. Today’s featured ingredient is their creamy garlic almond dip, made with hemp seeds & almonds. This dip has tons of flavor & is super creamy so it makes for a perfect pasta sauce. Check out the recipe below!

1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions (I used @eatbanza chickpea bowtie noodles).
2️⃣ Sauté sun-dried tomato + black Kalamata olives + cherry tomato + frozen green peas on medium heat for about 10 mins while pasta is cooking. Add a large handful of spinach at the last minute, remove from heat & allow it to wilt. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder & pepper
3️⃣ Once pasta is done, reserve about 1/4 cup of the cooking water aside. Drain pasta, then add it back in the pot + @freshcravingssalsa creamy garlic almond dip + the starchy cooking water & stir to coat pasta.
4️⃣ Serve creamy garlic pasta alongside the sautéed mixture. Top with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
